Bounce Guard is our member requested courtesy overdraw program. Coastal wants to do our part to save you from a costly and embarrassing overdraft experience. Bounce Guard is a courtesy overdraw privilege designed to make our members’ lives easier.
With Coastal’s Bounce Guard, it’s simple:
- You don’t have to sign anything—enrollment is automatic!
- This service is discretionary account protection extended to members in good standing and is non-contractual.
- Bounce Guard covers your overdrawn checking account
up to $500 (including all Bounce Guard and other fees).
- Best of all, the fee is only $25 per item.
- Bounce Guard covers Checks and ACH Debits (ATM and Visa Check Card transactions are not covered by this program).
