Paper Statement Fee

Effective February 1, 2007, members with a personal Checking account who are still receiving paper statements in the mail, will be charged a $2.00 monthly fee. This fee will be assessed on February 28th. If you haven't signed up for FREE e-Statements » (statements online), sign up before February 28th, to avoid this fee.

Who's Waived?

• All Current e-Statement Users (must stay enrolled to avoid fee)
• Members age 55+
• Student Banking Members under 25
• Accounts with an aggregate total of $100,000+ in the entire individual account relationship
• Members who do not have a Checking account
• Business Checking accounts

Remember. . . even though you may be waived, e-Statements is still the best way to receive your credit union account information securely and efficiently.

Why is this fee being charged?
Checking accounts do a lot more transactions than any other account, which results in more paper being printed out for paper statements. Additionally, paper statements will cost even more to mail out due to the anticipated 1st quarter 2007 postage increase. Also, e-Statements is more secure than paper statements. There's no risk of your statement being lost in the mail. Your statements are securely stored online and are accessible from any computer with internet access.

Each month, you'll receive an email notification, informing you that your statement is ready.
