How To enroll
Simply login to Online Banking - COLTS and look for the bill payment option on the main menu.

Once you sign up via Online Banking - COLTS, an email with instructions on logging onto c-Pay, will be sent to you within two business days at the email address you entered when signing up. (If no email address is provided, a letter will be mailed to you with the login instructions.)
