Online Banking Survey
Over the next several months, Coastal will be redesigning our Internet Channel to include new functionality and service enhancements to Coastal's Web site and Online Banking Systems.
As part of this project, Coastal has conducted Focus Groups with members/non-members and is now conducting telephone and online surveys. We are gathering feedback on what people want and expect from an Online Banking System. This research will help us in our initiative to improve this channel to better meet our members' needs.
