You May Be Contacted To Give Us Feedback

Over the next couple of weeks, you may receive a telephone call from a company called
Direct Opinions » wanting to solicit your feedback for an Internet Redevelopment Project that Coastal is working on. This is not a hoax or phishing attempt and your participation is voluntary.

Direct Opinions will NOT ask you for any personal information! As with any phone call or email you receive, never give out any account numbers, PIN numbers, credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc.

Direct Opinions will simply identify who they are and that they're contacting you on behalf of Coastal to ask you if you would like to participate in a survey. If you would like to help us out by participating, Direct Opinions will conduct a telephone survey with you right then. Again, Direct Opinions will not ask for any sensitive information.

If you are contacted and would like to participate, we greatly appreciate it, as Coastal is redeveloping our entire Online Banking and Internet presence. This is a very exciting initiative and we want our members to tell us what they want!
