The Coastal Federal Credit Union Enterprise Care Sale Auto Safety Kit Prize Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who, at the time of entry, have a valid form of identification. Everyone is eligible to win, except Coastal Federal Credit Union employees and members of their same households (whether related or not) and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses).

How to Enter: Beginning on or about 8:31 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2006 until 5:00 p.m., August 19, 2006, (the “Sweepstakes Period”) you may enter the sweepstakes by returning your Member’s Only Car Sale RSVP anytime during regular business hours as listed on your invitation ( R.S.V.P. at www.coastalfcu.org/enterprise).

Entrants are automatically entered to win after submitting one (1) and only one (1) RSVP.

No other form of entry will be accepted. Any person who attempts to participate under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the preceding entry limitation will be disqualified. These official sweepstakes rules are available at www.coastalfcu.org/enterprise/prize_rules.htm during the Sweepstakes Period.

Final deadline for all entries is 5:00 p.m. (EST), August 19, 2006.

Privacy: By entering into the Sweepstakes, you agree to Coastal Federal Credit Union's use of your personal information as described in its Privacy Statement at http://www.coastalfcu.org/privacy_policy.htm.

Winner Selection: The Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about August 25, 2006 to be conducted by Coastal Federal Credit Union designated judges, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning may vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. Individual drawings will take place for each individual Sweepstakes prize in random order. Sweepstakes prizewinners of each prize are ineligible to win prizes in subsequent prize drawings. Winners will be notified within fourteen (14) days after the Sweepstakes draw date by email, mail or telephone. Potential winners must accept a prize within five (5) business days of notification by either email or telephone. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner shall be selected. In the event of non-compliance within this time period, an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Coastal Federal Credit Union. Coastal Federal Credit Union is not responsible, and may disqualify an entrant, if the entrant's email or contact information is incorrect or does not exist.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and judges’ decisions. Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within ten (10) days of issuance of prize notification. By accepting such prize, Grand Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biographical information, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Coastal Federal Credit Union and it’s wholly owned subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective members, directors, officers, employees, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, sweepstakes partners from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.

Prizes: No refunds or exchanges of the Coastal Enterprise Car Sale Auto Safety Kit Sweepstakes prizes will be provided for. Winner will receive products as listed under the conditions and terms guaranteed only by manufacturer’s warranty. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms.

Auto Safety Kit Prize: Five (5) prize winners will receive an Auto Safety from Coastal Federal Credit Union. Verification and awards by Coastal Federal Credit Union. Total approximate value of prizes is One Hundred Dollars ($100). Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.

Prize is non-transferable.

No prize substitution, except at sole discretion of Coastal Federal Credit Union, for any reason and only then for prize of comparable value. All taxes on the receipt and use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Prizes will be distributed to the winners at the Coastal Federal Credit Union Branch of their choice.

This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is also governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina (without regard to principles of conflict of laws), with venue and jurisdiction in Lee County, NC and all claims must be resolved in the courts located in Lee County, NC, except as required by law.

Winner’s List: After August 25, 2006, you may obtain the name of the Auto Safety Kit Winners, by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Attn: Vice President of Marketing, Coastal Federal Credit Union, Post Office Box 58428, Raleigh, NC 27658-8429.
