Calling All Cooks!

The Cooperative Council of North Carolina is looking for recipes for its “Enticing Entrees Cookbook”, the third volume of the Council’s cooperative cookbook collection. The Council publishes the books as a fundraiser each October as part of National Co-Op Month.

Coastal has been a sustaining member of the Council for many years, as is one of North Carolina’s largest and most prominent cooperatives. As a result, the Council is inviting our employees, members, friends and family to submit your favorite entrée recipes for inclusion in this year’s Council cookbook.

If you wish to submit a recipe, please complete the Entree Recipe Collection Form (pdf) and return it via email, to Joe Mecca, Director of Community and Corporate Relations no later than July 7th.
