us with the following:
- Proof
of existing Coastal member business membership account
number.
- A
copy of the Federal Tax Identification number.
- A
copy of all appropriate legal documents (Articles, Bylaws,
Operating Statements, Partnership Agreements, etc.),
and
- A
Guarantor(s) for the total line of credit.
