When a business brings in a large amount of cash, a nominal fee will be charged.

For cash deposits over $3,000, there is a $3.00 charge for businesses with a Savings account only, a Business Community Checking account or a Business Basic Checking account. There is a $5.00 charge for businesses with a Business Dividend Checking account.

The Large Cash Deposit fee applies to cash only, not checks or money orders.

This fee has been created due to the extended amount of time and resources that are used when having to process large amounts of cash for deposit.
